Our factory locates in Zichuan industry park, Zibo city, Shandong province which is the biggest refractory material production base of China. We mainly focus on producing the refractory material products which can be used in the glass furnace and steel industry. 

Nowadays our factory has two production lines, 4 furnaces with the annual capacity of 2,000 tons for glass furnace products and  12,000 tons for the steel factory. It covers an area of 30, 000 square meters. It.Through more than twenty years development, now we have four professional workers who can make the professional drawings as the customers’ demand and 5 technology workers who focus on the customers’ service and can give the customers the most professional advice. Supplying more and more better quality products is what we are always trying to do now.

For the glass furnace,the main products now we can supply are orifice ring, spout,plunger offset point,tube,stirrer and paddle stirrer,spout cover and fused cast AZS blocks, sillimanite brick,mullite bricks, silica bricks, high alumina brick, insulation bricks and ect. The main material has sillimanite,Zirconium33, Quartz and Corundum mullite. Different material can satisfy different customer’ demand.

For the steel industry we can produce Fused silica ladle shroud，submerged entry nozzle，slag blocking brick and bottom brick.

Comparing with other factories products, in our factory the glass refractory products can use more time and in this way can save more cost for the glass factory. Our submerged entry nozzle can work continuously at least four hours and is welcome by many big steel factories. What we are trying to do now is helping the glass factory and steel factory to save more cost. This is from our customers' feedback. We have enough confidence with our product quality.
