Ceramic fiber ring is used between orifice ring and spout
We choose aluminium silicate ceramic fibre products, considering characteristics of this product to use as high temperature insulation pads and get the best usage effective.
Product Features: Low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent thermal shock resistance, excellent flexibility, tear resistance, corrosion resistance.
We have two types material can choose:
1. The density: 200kg/M3
Al2O3 content:45-47%
SiO2 content: 51-52%
The thickness is 0.5mm, 1mm,2mm,3mm,4mm,5mm
Long time Work Temperature:1050 degree
2. The density: 96-128kg/M3
Al2O3 content:45-47%
SiO2 content: 51-52%
The thickness is 10mm,20mm,25mm,30mm,50mm
Long time Work Temperature: From 1000 degree to 1350 degree and according different working temperature we have different material to choose.
The customers can choose different material as their demand.

Great winner ceramic is founded in 1998,which has more than 20 years history. Our factory locates in Zichuan industry park, Zibo city, Shandong province which is the biggest refractory material production base of China. We mainly focus on producing the refractory material products which can be used in the glass furnace and steel industry.
Comparing with other factories products, in our factory the glass refractory products can use more time and in this way can save more cost for the glass factory. Our submerged entry nozzle can work continuously at least four hours and is welcome by many big steel factories.
