Zirconia brick is a refractory brick which is  made from natural zircon as raw material. It has strong slag resistance, high load softening temperature, high wear resistance, and good thermal shock stability. It is an important material for building furnaces  such as ceramic melting block kilns, foam alkali kilns, glass kilns, metallurgy and electronics.

High purity zircon raw materials, a small amount of efficient additives, and suitable firing temperature are key factors in producing high-density zircon bricks. The introduction of additives can ensure that the product can be fully sintered at temperatures far below the decomposition temperature of zircon, and can also reduce the reactivity, wettability, and permeability between the glass liquid and the brick to varying degrees.

The physical and chemical indicators of dense zircon bricks used in glass melting furnaces are divided into two grades: high-density ZS-G and dense ZS-Z.
